Our success is their success.\nWhat you do Each Day\nConduct live video onboarding calls with Pros to define business requirements, branding needs, and project milestones\nExecute the end-to-end build and launch of Pro websites using established templates and design guidelines, ensuring mobile and tablet layouts are verified before publishing\nPerform technical implementation tasks including domain configuration, digital security protocols, and third-party integrations\nOptimize digital content for search engine visibility and accessibility to ensure maximum online reach for our Pros\nConfigure and test HCP platform integrations to ensure seamless connectivity between the Pro’s website and their business operations\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation of project stages and Pro interactions within our CRM\nManage a high-volume pipeline of cases, prioritizing tasks to meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) ensuring sites are published within defined timeframes\nPerform quality assurance audits to ensure alignment with brand standards and technical requirements\nProactively communicate with Pros to resolve blockers, collect outstanding assets, and confirm sites are ready to go live\nQualifications\n1+ year of experience in website design, along with experience in customer success, implementation, or account management\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\nProficiency in spreadsheet software for data formatting (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets)\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with Pros\nExperience using communication and collaboration tools (i.e. Zoom, Slack, Salesforce)\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment\nMust have access to two monitors to perform duties effectively\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills\nWhat will help you succeed in this role\nAbility to follow specific directions while adapting to changing business needs\nExperience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work\nThirst for personal development and a desire to learn and grow\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand customer needs\nEmpathy for small business owners and the patience to translate their vision into a polished digital presence\nResilience when receiving feedback and a track record of applying it to improve your craft\nLocation Dependent Information\nThis role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $12,600-$14,000.
