Booking Consultant - Part time (Weekend)

Your role

You are responsible for generating revenue & maximising conversion for all Managed Accounts. Your responsibility is to maintain our clients’ performance while generating revenue for them and HousingAnywhere.

You will be replying to all inquiries received through our MAs’ profiles in a timely manner.

• Managing all conversations with great attention to detail and providing potential tenants with clear guidance.
• Ensuring each client’s documents, criteria, and preferences are accurate and up to date.
• Assisting landlords and clients with any requests before and after bookings.
• Providing critical feedback on product usage and performance.
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and building strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Collaborating with all AMs to support the department’s efforts in acquiring new clients.
• Testing new product features alongside the wider team and sharing constructive feedback.
• Dividing workloads across the team and ensuring all inquiries are handled on time.
• Providing personalized consultations to clients based on the regions in which they operate.

Your team

You will be joining the Booking Operations & Support department which consists of around 30 team members working in 4 different teams. We are fully focused on providing excellent service to our clients by being the face of the business, handling their inventory and ensuring positive customer experiences.
