The Program Supervisor should have experience working with families and/or individuals with serious mental illness, substance abuse, and criminal justice involvement. Working closely with the Program Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for day to day oversight and coordination of program services and activities and supervision of staff.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nSupervise case managers and support staff on a daily basis.\nEnsure compliance with HP and funder regulations and reporting requirements.\nCollaborate with the Program Director to maintain and occupancy rate of 90% or above by monitoring vacancies, recruiting participants, and working closely with the Property Manager.\nAssist the Program Director and HR Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.\nDevelop program manuals, policies, and procedures with the Program Director in accordance with funder and HousingPlus requirements.\nConduct continuous needs assessment of program and participants needs.\nCoordinate and monitor service delivery to achieve program, organizational, and individual goals and outcomes.\nProvide case management and support services as needed in the absence of case managers, including conducting intakes and assessments.\nConduct regular supervision sessions with direct reports, providing support, guidance, and performance feedback.\nLead team meetings with direct reports.\nReview and approve timesheets, vacation request, and other supervisory functions.\nProvide crisis intervention and conflict resolution when needed.\nComplete and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and updates as required.\nConduct quality assurance activities on AWARDS data and tenant chart maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements and HousingPlus standards for data entry, development of quarterly service plans, and annual HMIS uploads.\nSchedule, organize and attend staff, departmental meetings and other meetings as needed.\nCollaborate with the Program Director and other HP staff to organize and facilitate participant activities and events.\nWork with Property Management to ensure apartments meet standards for apartment maintenance and annual inspections.\nEstablish and maintain professional relationships with property management and other community stakeholders.\nOther tasks as assigned.\nREQUIREMENTS:\n Required Skills/Abilities: \nExperience in emergency, transitional, or permanent supportive housing settings, and working with families with histories of homelessness, serious mental illness, substance abuse, and criminal justice involvement.\nPossess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability in planning.\nAbility to effectively establish and maintain meaningful relationships.\nAbility to coordinate services to meet the on-going needs of individuals served.\nHigh energy, goal-oriented, and an ability to inspire people.\nWorks well with a team.\nDemonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and electronic case management database.\nExperience with AWARDS (Foothold Technology) strongly preferred.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nEvening and weekend availability (rotating schedule) for emergency on call.\nBilingual Spanish a plus, but not required.\n Education and Experience:\nMasters Degree in Social work or related field, a minimum of three years supervisory experience working in a supportive housing social services setting;
