This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for data analytics and problem solving, who is eager to make a tangible impact across multiple areas of the business.\nIn this role, you will support data analysis and reporting across all business functions, helping to drive informed decision making through data-driven insights. You will also take ownership of our pricing algorithm, ensuring our property portfolio is priced effectively and competitively across all markets to maximise performance and revenue.\nPlease note: This is not a graduate programme, but an independent contract aimed at recent graduates looking for a challenging and exciting start to their career\nResponsibilities:\nManage full data pipeline from data sources, through BigQuery warehouse and LookML modelling, to business-facing dashboards\nMaintain existing LookML code and develop new data models to meet business needs\nWork with different parts of the business to understand their needs and translate into data solutions\nSupport users in building their own dashboards and taking ownership where necessary\nPresent information using data visualisation techniques\nTake ownership of pricing algorithm, designing improvements and working with developers to implement them\nRun live pricing experiments on property portfolio to evaluate changes\nIdentify data analysis projects, plan and execute analyses, and interpret results using statistical analyses\nAnalyse large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns\nBuild predictive models and machine-learning algorithms\nAlign data projects with organisational goals\nExperiment with new models and techniques\nRequirements\nRecent Graduate with a BSc or MSc in Data Science, Mathematics, or Data Analytics\nKnowledge of SQL, Python and/or R \nExperience with Looker and LookML development would be strongly desirable\nStrong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with non-technical business users\nUnderstanding of basic statistical methods, particularly hypothesis testing\nAnalytical mind and business acumen\nStrong mathematical knowledge \nProblem-solving aptitude\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nSolid understanding of machine learning\nKnowledge of data management and visualization techniques\nA knack for statistical analysis and predictive
