You'll be responsible for coordinating cleaners, suppliers, and operational schedules across our portfolio, while maintaining high service standards and supporting an exceptional guest experience.\nThis is a fast paced role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with cleaners, suppliers, and internal teams. You'll also use operational data to monitor performance, identify improvements, and help optimise our processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nCleaner Hiring, Onboarding and Performance\nSource and recruit cleaners across your allocated locations.\nConduct interviews, arrange trial cleans, and manage the onboarding process.\nMonitor cleaner performance using operational data and performance trackers.\nProvide feedback, coordinate retraining where required, and make recommendations on warnings or deactivation when performance standards are not met.\nSupport the ongoing development of our cleaner network to maintain high service standards.\nScheduling and Resource Coordination\nCoordinate cleaning, maintenance, and linen schedules across the property portfolio.\nManage day to day scheduling changes and ensure services are delivered on time.\nLiaise with cleaners, maintenance providers, linen suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.\nSupplier Management\nSource, onboard, and manage relationships with new suppliers.\nBuild strong partnerships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent service delivery.\nMonitor supplier performance and hold suppliers accountable against agreed service levels.\nOperational Support\nManage inbound operational requests and coordinate tasks with cleaners and suppliers.\nHandle operational administration, including scheduling payments and managing invoices.\nSupport the achievement of team KPIs through effective planning and coordination.\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and the guest experience.\nWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth day to day operations and support business objectives.\nRequirements\nAt least 2 to 3 years of recent experience within the short term rental industry.\nExperience coordinating cleaners, suppliers, maintenance, or operational schedules.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience using Looker, Excel, or Google Sheets to monitor performance and identify trends.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.\nStrong communication and relationship building skills.\nA collaborative approach and willingness to improve processes.\nA customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an excellent guest and client experience.\nWorking Hours\nShift Schedule: 09:00- 18:00 (Paris time) on a rotating roster. Some weeks you'll have weekends off, while other weeks your days off will fall on Wednesday and Thursday.\nYou'll Also Need\nA quiet, dedicated workspace.\nA headset with microphone and webcam.\nStable high speed internet with a backup connection, minimum 5 Mbps.\nA laptop or desktop with at least a quad core 2.5GHz CPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB SSD.\nBenefits\nThis is a contractor role.\nWe do not provide government mandated benefits such as SSS, PAGIBIG or PhilHealth.\nWe do not provide equipment.
