(HEI) will spend time in the field working on outdoor construction phase activities as well as a variety of in-office projects assisting engineers. May travel to other locations; Minot and Belcourt out in the field during the work week.\n As an intern, responsibilities may include some or all of the following:\nAssist with plan specifications and estimates as well as documenting construction activities.\nAssist with AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and update redlines with various project set drawings.\nOperate electronic survey instruments such as GPS and Total Station.\nPerform work in a variety of software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS, etc.\nPotential observation and data collection at different types of project sites.\nAssist with research, development and design of projects.\nWe strive to provide a personalized internship based on your area of interest.
