Strong knowledge of project/program management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Proven experience in managing projects/programs from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficient in using project management software and tools for planning, scheduling, and tracking project/program progress. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, fostering collaboration and building positive relationships. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality work. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project/program team members. Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles related to project/program management.\nLEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES\n-Work Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees, but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing typically involves monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of same duties they are leading.\nWORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT\n-Work involves the application of moderately complex procedures and tasks that are quite varied. Independent judgment is often required to select and apply the most appropriate of available resources. Ongoing supervision is provided on an 'as needed' basis.\nBUDGET AUTHORITY\n-No budget development activity is required.\nPROBLEM SOLVING\n-Decisions are made on both routine and non-routine matters with some latitude, but are still subject to approval.
