The ERP Business Analyst position partners with technical teams to define specifications for assigned projects and serves as a facilitator between technical teams and business owners.\n\nFLSA STATUSExempt\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEDUCATION\n Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field \nEXPERIENCE\n Three years’ experience in ERP systems analysis, requirement gathering and documentation \n Three years’ experience in business process analysis, system requirements, data modeling and detailed functional design \nSKILLS AND ABILITIES\nDemonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through ongoing skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations \nSufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security \nAbility to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles \nSuperior documentation expertise, including experience creating Project Scope, Business Requirements, Functional and Nonfunctional Requirements, Workflows, etc. \nStrong project management skills and knowledge of project management tools \nAbility to analyze complex transactional data including creating queries and using Excel pivot tables \nAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions \nAbility to effectively presenting ideas to executive management via discussions and presentations \nAbility to resolve conflict and manage customer expectations \nKnowledge of principles, practices, procedures and configuration in assigned ERP function \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills \nOutstanding analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and creatively solve problems \nExtensive PC software skills including Microsoft Word/Excel/Access/Project, and other database management and reporting software \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nPEOPLE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nPartners with business owners to ensure projects and service requests are on time and within scope through the application of project management methodologies. \nInitiates and maintains positive relationships with key customers and co-workers. \nPartners with stakeholders to support and evaluate change management efforts on assigned solutions. \nSERVICE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nUtilizes strong communication skills through active collaboration with the customers. Provides proactive updates and alerts customers to potential issues. \nPartners with customers and team members to translate business requirements into viable solutions, identifying potential benefits, and re-engineering workflow/ processes to achieve anticipated benefits. \nProactively seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships and effectively manages client expectations. \nQUALITY/SAFETY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nProactively coordinates regular status sessions with key customers. \nDevelops detailed system test plans, executes system test cases and provides issue tracking and consolidation.
