The position is primarily based at the Willowbrook campus and offers a balanced mix of clinical practice, resident supervision, and faculty responsibilities.\nAs a full-time employee of Houston Methodist Physician Organization, you will receive a competitive salary with incentive/bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.\nQualifications\nBoard Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology\nStrong clinical skills and commitment to providing excellent patient care\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nCollaborative and team-oriented approach\nPrevious experience working with residents or medical students is preferred\nResponsibilities\nProvide comprehensive OB/GYN care to patients at Houston Methodist Willowbrook\nSupervise and mentor OB/GYN residents in the clinical setting\nParticipate in the residency continuity clinic and provide guidance to residents\nSupport resident education through clinical teaching, rounds, and case discussions\nParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and other program activities\nWork collaboratively with physicians, residents, nurses, and other members of the care team\nParticipate in shared OB/GYN call coverage with other Houston Methodist residency faculty and a local private practice OB/GYN\nCall responsibilities include a minimum of one 14-hour weekday call and one 24-hour weekend call per month, shared among the participating physicians.\nAbout Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital:\nHouston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital is a not-for-profit, faith-based, 358-bed hospital located in Northwest Houston.
