Our water resources engineers work on a variety of exciting projects including design work for dams, levees, lakes, streams, stormwater management, flood risk reduction, watershed planning, hydraulic structures, and other projects related to Water Resources Engineering.\n Effectively use AutoCAD Civil 3D to design various project features and ArcGIS for watershed planning.\nPrepare design computations and quantity estimates under the supervision of a licensed engineer.\nAssist in preparation of reports, specifications, plan creation, and permit applications.\nInterface with CAD and GIS designers and coordinate with other engineering departments on complex multi-discipline projects.\nAssist in client contact and communications.\nMay include onsite construction observation and other field work duties including surveying, stream assessments, and wetland delineations.\n Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or Agricultural Engineering.\n0-3 years of experience in Civil Engineering \nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nSuperior problem solving and analytical skills.\nSolid critical thinking skills, along with attention to detail.\nPositive attitude under pressure, strong team player, responsible, and self-motivated.\nPreference will be given to candidates with experience in Autocad Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
