You will manage a variety of transportation projects with successful delivery from the environmental stage through construction while assuring designs are in accordance with Federal, State and Local specifications. You will also play an active role in growing and expanding transportation services.\n Effectively lead project activities through the life cycle of projects.\nPrepare and oversee detailed engineering analyses, schedules, technical reports, etc.\nCollaborate and communicate effectively with project teams such as CAD designers, engineers, subcontractors to complete projects safely, on time, and with high quality.\nCreate and foster a project team culture of superior service for the customer.\nAssist in client contact and communications.\nProjects you’ll work on will vary, however some common ones may include traffic planning, roadway and railway design, geometric layout, drainage analysis, erosion control, and/or environmental clearance coordination. The projects you work on may also be Federal, State, County and municipal roadways.\n Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.\nState Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain with 6 months.\nMinimum of 4 years of experience with state DOT and county highway projects preferred.\nExperience operation AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer preferred.\nValid driver’s license with a good driving record.\n Benefits of Joining HEI\nAs part of our talented staff, you will enjoy competitive pay and significate annual bonuses.
