Aufgaben
- Neukundengewinnung & Closer-Rolle: Aktive telefonische Ansprache von qualifizierten Leads sowie Kaltakquise im B2B Handwerker Bereich.
- Bedarfsanalyse: Zielsicheres Identifizieren von Kundenbedürfnissen und Präsentation massgeschneiderter Lösungen.
- Einwandbehandlung & Abschluss: Professionelles Führen von Verkaufsgesprächen bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.
- Pipeline-Pflege: Lückenlose Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten und Nachfasstermine im CRM-System.
Qualifikation
- Nachweisbare Erfolge: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf, Outbound-Sales oder Telemarketing.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil) und eine empathische, überzeugende Stimme.
- Abschlussstärke: Biss, Durchhaltevermögen und die Fähigkeit, Kauflust beim Gegenüber zu wecken.
- Selbstständigkeit: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zielorientierung und eine hohe Eigenmotivation.
- IT-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools und CRM-Systemen.
