As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to develop creative sourcing and closing strategies to find the best talent for a variety of roles across our business. We are looking for someone who can work independently across multiple teams and hiring managers while working collaboratively with their talent acquisition teammates to deliver the best hiring outcomes based on business needs.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the full-cycle recruiting responsibility in partnership with hiring managers/leaders\nSource, engage, and recruit passive talent by researching, creating, and executing creative sourcing strategies\nActively and meticulously manage inbound candidate pipeline with strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-through\nScreen and qualify prospective candidates across multiple positions\nTrack leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within our ATS (Lever)\nBuild strong relationships with hiring manager teams to create deliverables, timelines and tracking processes with measurable metrics\nHandle candidate offer and close managing candidate expectations throughout the hiring process\nRepresent Houzz as a brand ambassador by providing an exceptional candidate experience\nProactively engage and collaborate with recruiting teammates on projects and new initiatives\nBrainstorm innovative sourcing/recruiting strategies and roll out to others on the team\nDevelop a good understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements\nAd hoc responsibilities as needed\nAt a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting experience (Sales Recruiting a plus)\nProven ability to manage multiple requisitions with varying requirements and hiring timelines\nExperience using an ATS to source, track, and manage candidates (Lever preferred but not required)\nHands-on experience with sourcing techniques, including recruiting on various platforms and crafting Boolean search strings\nStrong verbal, written and interpersonal skills\nProven organizational skills with attention to detail\nStrong work ethic and a sense of personal accountability\nAn ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities \nIdeally, You’ll Also Have\nSourcing experience & be able to differentiate between the top 50% vs top 5% of talent\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional partners\nExperience recruiting for other parts of a business such as Product & Technology\nExperience using data to drive business
