We're building our Implementation function now, and we want an Implementation Manager who will deliver our most strategic and complex carrier deployments. You'll work with Hover's largest insurance customers, help define and iterate on the implementation playbook as an early member of the team, and see your work change how adjusters and policyholders handle claims. If you like building the process while you deliver, this is the role.\nYou will contribute by\nYou'll own several enterprise implementations at once, from sales handoff through adoption and transition to Customer Success. You'll lead kickoffs, working sessions, and training with carrier claims teams, and you'll run the plan, status reporting, and risk management that keep rollouts on track. You'll get hands-on with configuration, data migration, integration testing, and UAT, partnering with Solutions Architects on how Hover connects to the insurance ecosystem, including Verisk and Cotality. You'll guide customers through change management as their teams move from in-person inspections to remote, scan-based workflows. At this time, Hover is not considering fully remote roles.\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$165,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
