The role will work alongside talented in-house creative and management teams, closely collaborating with clients and senior roles to deliver a broad range of projects and deliverables, including integrated campaigns, graphic systems, retail design, experiential, and interactive installation projects.\nWhat You’ll Do\nWork collaboratively with a team of creative leads, designers, animators, and producers to support project execution.\nImplement and follow processes, and manage simultaneous workstreams and the team(s) doing them.\nDevelop or co-develop project plans with other Producers and/or the Executive Producer\nOversee timelines, day-to-day deliverables, and communicate project statuses with teams & clients to ensure work is delivered on time/budget/scope and in line with creative briefs.\nProvide weekly project status updates during production department meetings.\nEnsure all work streams are executed at the highest level.\nHelp evaluate ideas based on feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, fabrication, location, and operational requirements.\nOccasionally travel for client meetings and on-site project management.\nStay actively engaged in improving processes to seek operational efficiency and excellence.\nStay organized within team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Drive, and resource tools.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5+ years of experience managing projects and teams with a focus on integrated campaigns, brand systems, content & animation. Experience with retail and/or event design deliverables is a plus.\nAn excellent communicator with teams, clients, and vendors alike.\nA collaborative team player that is highly motivated, proactive, and positive.\nAbility to communicate effectively and work efficiently with remote team members.\nAbility to work within team-based management tools such as Figma, Notion, Float.\nExperience with events and activations a plus.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with brand, retail, events, web, and non-traditional interactive media production as well as multidisciplinary projects and workflows\nPassion for working with a diverse set of project types and teams\nExperience working with leading internal project teams, bringing in specialty talent, as well as working directly with clients\nHoned approach to risk aversion, risk management, and change control\nKnowledge of Agile project management practices\nExperience in managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams.\nA passion for design and creativity, with an eye for innovation and emerging trends.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nSkilled at evaluating options and generating solutions\nAffinity for youth culture, fashion, sport and design\nCompensation & Details\nThe total average salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications assessed during the interview process (such as skills and prior industry experience, potential impact), market demands, and specific work location.
