Will you be one of them?\nYou will be responsible to:\nWe are looking for a Proposal Manager to lead the development of high-quality proposals for pharmaceutical outsourcing opportunities. Acting as the central coordinator of the proposal process, you will work cross-functionally to ensure submissions are competitive, compliant, client-focused, and aligned with business objectives.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong project management skills, commercial awareness, and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.\nLead the end-to-end proposal process, from receipt of client RFPs through final submission.\nReview customer requirements and define proposal strategies, timelines, and deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to gather technical, operational, regulatory, and commercial inputs.\nFacilitate proposal planning meetings and ensure clear ownership of actions and deadlines.\nConsolidate complex information into compelling and client-focused proposal documents.\nSupport costing activities, pricing strategies, and commercial assessments.\nDevelop proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solutions, project plans, and value propositions.\nEnsure all proposals comply with customer requirements, internal standards, and regulatory expectations.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by maintaining proposal tools, templates, and knowledge repositories.\nWe are looking to recruit a Candidate:\nBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\n3-7 years of experience in proposal management, project management, business development support, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or CDMO industry.\nStrong understanding of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes, including Drug Substance, Drug Product, Analytical Services, and Technology Transfer.\nProven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.\nExperience working in GxP-regulated environments and familiarity with FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines is preferred.\nKnowledge of costing methodologies, CRM/proposal management tools, or APMP certification is considered a plus.\nHovione is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer\nInclusion and diversity are key to us.
