Will you be one of them?\nYou will be responsible to:\nLead the delivery of major engineering and capital projects from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.\nDevelop and execute project strategies, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within agreed budgets.\nLead a team of project engineers and technical professionals, providing direction, coaching, development and performance management.\nManage multiple complex projects and priorities across facilities, utilities, manufacturing equipment and site infrastructure.\nProvide strong technical leadership across engineering design, specification, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.\nManage internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Finance, contractors and specialist engineering partners.\nEstablish and manage project governance, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, change control and project reporting.\nEnsure projects comply with GMP, regulatory, safety, environmental and engineering standards, with appropriate documentation and qualification throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead the selection and management of engineering consultants, contractors and suppliers, ensuring delivery against technical, commercial, quality and safety requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement and project delivery excellence, capturing lessons learned and improving engineering standards, processes and ways of working.\nWe are looking to recruit a Candidate:\nDegree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or Instrumentation, or related field.\nProven experience in leading others in project context within a GMP envoirnment\nPossess extensive knowledge of industrial / lab safety and environment and of budget control principles and practices and is able to effectively share them with others\nGood communication skills (verbal and written)\n Skilled at managing complex processes and tools\nFluency in English is a requirement\nMust have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.\nHovione is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer\nInclusion and diversity are key to us.
