Will you be one of them?\nYou will be responsible to:\nTo lead the reliability and engineering strategy for critical facilities, equipment and infrastructure within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This is an opportunity for a reliability professional who wants to operate beyond individual equipment or maintenance programmes and have a site-wide impact on asset performance, reliability and lifecycle strategy.\nKey Responsibilities include:\nLead the site reliability strategy for critical facilities, equipment and engineering systems, improving asset availability, reliability and lifecycle performance.\nIdentify and manage asset reliability risks, using equipment performance, failure history, maintenance and operational data.\nLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure investigations, ensuring lessons learned are translated into sustainable corrective actions.\nDevelop and optimise preventive, predictive and risk-based maintenance strategies for critical assets.\nApply reliability methodologies including RCM, FMEA/FMECA, criticality assessment and condition monitoring to improve asset performance.\nProvide reliability engineering input into the design, acquisition, commissioning, upgrade and lifecycle management of assets.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives, using Lean and reliability engineering principles to reduce recurring failures and improve operational performance.\nLead, coach and develop a team of technical engineers, establishing technical competencies, training plans and performance objectives.\nPartner with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality and EHS, providing technical leadership and influencing asset and maintenance decisions.\nEnsure engineering and reliability activities meet GMP, regulatory, safety and Health Authority requirements, while maintaining high standards of technical governance.\nWe are looking to recruit a Candidate:\nDegree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or Instrumentation, or related field.\nExtensive experience in maintenance context of industrial areas within a GMP envoirnment\nPossess extensive knowledge of industrial / lab safety and environment and of budget control principles and practices and is able to effectively share them with others\nGood communication skills (verbal and written)\nFluency in English is a requirement\nMust have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.\nHovione is a proud Equal Opportunity Employer\nInclusion and diversity are key to us.
