The role focuses on accurate data entry, order tracking, supplier communication, and continuous process improvement to support the company’s supply-chain objectives.\nResponsibilities\nEnter purchase orders and amendments into the ERP (COP/Oracle) via Autoload or manual entry.\n\nVerify accuracy of PO data (pricing, terms, delivery dates).\n\nTrack order status and follow up with vendors to meet delivery schedules.\n\nReconcile discrepancies between vendor confirmations and system records.\n\nIssue RFQs, purchase orders, and order confirmations.\n\nFollow up on RFQs, non-confirmed orders, and delivery updates.\n\nMaintain a supplier database and update contact information.\n\nEnsure data accuracy in the procurement database.\n\nGenerate weekly and monthly procurement reports (e.g., PO status, vendor performance).\n\nParticipate in cross-functional process review meetings.\n\nEnsure all purchases comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.\n\nPerform any additional tasks assigned by management that support the procurement function.\n\nWorks with Sales and Quality Assurance group in coordinating vendor approvals.\n\nAble to identify opportunities for process improvement\n\n Qualifications\nBasic Qualifications\nMinimum 2 year of working knowledge of procurement, planning, and/or inventory management\n\nHigh School Diploma\n\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
