Analyze safety data to guide continuous improvement efforts.\n\nConduct regular audits to identify existing or potential hazards and ensure timely completion of recommended corrective and preventive actions.\n\nVerify that contractors and subcontractors maintain effective safety programs through pre-qualification reviews and routine jobsite visits or audits.\n\nDevelop and maintain facility-specific management plans for hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.\n\nFacilitate required training or coordinate training sessions with third-party providers as needed.\n\nSupport incident investigations by gathering data, conducting root cause analyses, identifying corrective actions, and reporting.\n\nLead and organize teams to identify and implement safety improvements, waste reduction strategies, and resource conservation initiatives.\n\n Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related field plus 5 years of experience, or 7 years of proven progressive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) experience.\nDemonstrated experience implementing and maintaining EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable state and local regulations.\nStrong knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and risk management principles, including incident investigation, root cause analysis, hazard identification, and corrective action management.\nExperience conducting safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and contractor safety management.\nProven ability to analyze EHS metrics and use data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence employees at all levels of the organization.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using EHS management systems preferred.\nOSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred; additional professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHMM) are a plus.\nRCRA training certification, including experience with managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams and EPA reporting.\nManaging and reporting experience for annual EPA programs - SARA 311, 312, and 313 reports;
