Our products are used nose to tail on commercial and military aircraft, as well as on jet engines, industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, wind turbines, solar power systems, and construction and industrial equipment.\n2nd shift hours: Monday through Friday from 2:30PM through 11:00PM\nSpecific Responsibilities Include:\nOperate a variety of machine tools, machines to produce precision parts.\n\nStudy sample parts, blueprints, drawings & engineering information to determine methods, sequence of operations in order to fabricate product.\n\nMeasure, examine & test completed units to detect defects.\n\nFabricate replacement and new parts for facility machinery.\n\nFabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery.\n\nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery.\n\nTroubleshoot and repair facility machinery.\n\nProduce, rework and repair various machine tooling within the drawing and specification requirements.\n\nMaintain, clean and secure work area and tools.\n\nSecure equipment when not in use.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nAdhere to Howmet EH&S, Quality, Continuous Improvements and other Company Policies\n\n High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred\nMinimum of eight years' experience in a manufacturing environment.\nMust be familiar with a variety of manufacturing processes.\nMust meet Production Tech III experience and background requirements.\nMust have specific knowledge of product function, testing and design. Strong leadership and communication skills. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desired or have a background working with machinery.
