The available shift hours are 2nd shift, M-F 2pm-10pm. Training is 1st shift, M-F 6am-2pm.\nNew Hire Starting Rate: $21.07 p/hr.; After 6 months: $23.41 p/hr.\nThis position will receive an hourly “shift premium” of $1.00 p/hr. while assigned to an off shift.\nJob Summary: The HSC Wax Cell Operator will completely pattern repair, gauge, and assemble patterns in preparation for Monoshell.\nEssential Functions & Job Responsibilities:\nMust be able to use and calibrate Ultrasonic Hand Gauge for wall thickness of .070 and greater\nMust be able to gauge wall thickness of .070 and greater using mechanical gauges\nRead and comprehend work instructions and mold sheets\nPattern repair coming from injection\nAssemble pattern\nGauge and disposition pattern and reform or rework patterns\nCheck gating kits\nAbility to read and follow the information on work instructions\nRecord data either manually or by computer as required\nOther duties as assigned\n Basic Qualifications:\nAn application must include a resume and two professional references for review and consideration.\nThis position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). \nApplicants must have at least two years of continuous experience or training. Recent high school or college graduates without prior work experience must provide a letter of recommendation.\nAvailability for all shifts (including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend shift) is necessary. The ability to work overtime and weekends is required as schedules may vary based on operational needs; flexibility is essential.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
