The Human Resources Generalist manages and supports a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management, ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.\nENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY RESPONSIBILITIES\nExpected to assist in the implementation of Howmet Aerospace’s value and policy statement and its accompanying principles;\nComply with all departments, facility, Corporate and Regulatory EH&S regulations;\nWear all required personal protective equipment;\nReport all job-related illnesses and injuries.
