variety of surface types\nUnderstand technique to meet coating and thickness desired\nProficient with and physically able to operate technical equipment\nStrong attention to detail\nExcellent dexterity and hand eye coordination\nBasic computer skills\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, procedures and other documents\nRead basic measuring devices including micrometers and calipers\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals\nDesire to work overtime, as needed\nAbility to meet the physical demand of the job\nPrevious experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred\nStrong mechanical aptitude
