change-management procedures.\nParticipate in compliance testing as required\nAbility to lead small projects\nNetwork & Operational Technology Support\nInvestigate wired and wireless connectivity issues and assist with approved network installations and changes.\nAssist with troubleshooting and maintaining process control systems, connected manufacturing equipment, and related interfaces under technical guidance.\nParticipate in approved system updates, backups, equipment replacements, testing, and technology improvements.\nSupport IT/OT security standards and maintain accurate system, equipment, and connectivity documentation.\nDevelop technical skills through cross-training and participation in manufacturing technology projects.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred, but not required\n5+ years of relevant experience supporting IT equipment, applications, networks, or manufacturing technology.\nWorking knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking.\nStrong analytical, customer-service, communication, and documentation skills.\nAbility to take ownership of assigned issues, follow technical procedures, and recognize when specialist assistance is required.\nExposure to process control, industrial networking, automation, or connected manufacturing equipment is beneficial.\nRelevant technical qualification or equivalent practical experience, with a willingness to develop across IT and OT.\nTravel between 15-25% is expected to support needs across the
