Brecksville, OH 44141)\nSalary: $30-40/hr (actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, and/or location).\nUnder the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician position is accountable for:\nDisassemble machines and take off parts for replacement or repair by using cranes, hoists, chain falls, hand tools, and jacks.\nExamine or carry out tasks on broken machine parts and identify defective parts or give recommendations to supervisors on repair requirements.\nReplace, fix, or realign machine parts and accessories in line with production specifications.\nPut machine parts together after accomplishing maintenance and repair work.\nAssists other maintenance team members in meeting department requirements while serving as a resource to production, engineering, and other plant personnel. Other individual maintenance craft knowledge considered a plus.\nWork independently with little supervision.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nExhibit outstanding ability to learn and comprehend the fundamentals of the functioning machines.\nExcellent general understanding of hydraulic systems with display of mastery in troubleshooting by utilizing deductive reasoning and schematics\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nWhile not exposed to hazardous materials, this position requires wearing PPE (personal protection equipment). Following all basic safety precautions will reduce risk of potential injury.
