Qualify new product on manufacturing equipment, internally and with the customer and provide support for manufacturing to improve existing processes.\nSalary:\nAnticipated Pay Range: $70K-80K per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.\nEssential Job Responsibilities but not limited to:\nCreate, verify and release machining programs for programable manufacturing equipment including CNC, EDM & Waterjet\n\nCreate, verify and release robot programs for automated cells in Wax, Monoshell and Post cast\n\nDesign and deliver tooling and fixtures for manufacturing processes\n\nDevelopment and implementation of new advanced manufacturing equipment and automation\n\nSupport justification of capital funding requests\n\nCost reduction and process improvement of current manufacturing techniques\n\nCreating and maintaining all documentation including SOPs, EMSs, JSAs for CNC, EDM, Waterjet, Production gauging and other Automated operations\n\nSupport NADCAP compliance on NADCAP controlled manufacturing equipment\n\nMentor other team members in CAD, CAM, EDM & Automation\n\nProvide manufacturing engineering solutions to executional scrap issues\n\nSupport identification and implantation of new manufacturing technology\n\nResponsible for program storage, data back-ups and revision control for Manufacturing equipment\n\nProvide technical expertise for qualification of outplant machining operations\n\nImplement and support EH&S activities\n\nPrioritizing product demands, process control tasks and manufacturing engineering responsibilities to fulfil business needs across all Business Centers\nMaintaining focus on supporting production while implementing new products and process improvements \nQuality control of work instruction documentation and product criteria \nWorking with Maintenance to help fault find manufacturing systems\n\nDirect reporting to Manufacturing Engineering Lead who reports to Engineering Manager.
