The purpose of this position is to act as a business partner to the Plant Manager, directing the finance function at a manufacturing facility. This position reports to the Plant Manager with a strong dotted line to the Business Unit. The position is primarily responsible for all functional accounting and control activities for Ti-Ingot. Incumbent(s) may and may be required to perform additional, position-specific tasks.\nServe as a member of the Ti-Ingot Operations Lead Team and act as a business partner to the team as they develop and implement business strategy.\nAct as a catalyst for change and help drive business performance improvement.\nManage planning, reporting, consolidation and analysis functions and develop and manage processes to ensure compliance with ASAT and other internal audit requirements, as well as US GAAP and Howmet reporting requirements. \nUnderstands, reviews, and communicates key drivers for location success.\nDrive financial engagement to operations.\nCreate and monitor internal controls that allow operations to meet the financial plan.\nEnsure strict adherence to the Howmet code of conduct and corporate policy.\nManage location performance pay plan.\nLead initiatives to close gaps from current performance to benchmark level.\nDevelop strong internal cost control systems to ensure that plans are met.\nEnsure compliance with all audit requirements.\nCreate an environment where problems are solved to the root cause.\nCreate an environment where systems are used to accurately plan and deliver according to expectations.\nContinuously drive for process improvements.\nPerform special projects or other duties as assigned/requested.\n Basic Qualifications\nBS in Business Administration and/or Accounting from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of 5 years related financial/controllership work experience with a minimum of 2 years for a manufacturing company \nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
