Interact with suppliers and customers on technical issues.\nPerforms process quality investigations, as required.\nDevelops and implements process improvements and cost reductions.\nDesigns tools and fixtures pertinent to processing.\nGenerate material requisitions to initiate procurement.\nTranslate customer requirements into usable work instructions and interface with customer on technical issues.\nReview purchase orders, specifications and blueprints for impact.\nAssembles data packages for customer approval.\nSpecifies processing and generates work instructions.\nActively pursues elimination of waste, the improvement of equipment reliability and efficiency, and the reduction of operating costs. Employs statistical methods as necessary.\nContinuously improves the performance of job-related responsibilities.\n Basic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Metallurgy from an accredited institution.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
