The quality engineer will support with FAIR documentation and approval, internal and external audit preparations, MRB processes, customer relations, and support the quality inspection processes.\n Job Responsibilities:\nMaintaining the AS9100 Quality Management System.\nSupporting of customer, AS9100, and NADCAP audits\nConducting internal audits and identifying areas for improvement.\nUnderstanding customer demands and expectations of products and services\nDeveloping training documentation for specific processes in compliance with customer and quality requirements.\nParticipating in design reviews, risk management, continuous improvement, approval of routers for new products, contract review, and PPAP activities.\nCreating and enforcing quality standards, procedures, and policies.\nWorking closely with all departments/functions to develop procedures/work instructions for new processes, identify improvement and training needs, and develop performance goals.\nCommunicating significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.\nManaging Root Cause & Corrective Action process for external and internal customer complaints.\nDeveloping new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.\nInterface and assist with supply chain development and initiatives;
