Nestled halfway between Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, our facility in Wichita Falls supplies jet engine components to some of the most trusted names in the Aerospace industry.\nThis position is responsible for the quality, from purchase order to ship, of superalloy castings produced at our facility and will resolve manufacturing & shipment issues relative to customer specifications. Support the administration of quality manuals, continuous improvement initiatives & interaction with business center personnel on quality initiatives. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nThis position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n3 year's experience in Engineering in a Manufacturing Environment.\nStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills.\nWorking knowledge of quality systms and requirements and how they relate to business (i.e. AS9100, NADCAP).\nDemonstrate proficiency in Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis and suiting methodology.\nDemonstrate use of structured problem-solving methods (i.e. 8D)\nExperience with APQP and PPAP is desirable.\nASQ, CQA, and/or CQE preferred.\nExperience in aerospace or automotive.\nExcellent PC skills, written and verbal communication skills.\nMust work well in a team environment and commit to continuous
