If you are an energetic professional that wants to be a part of a dynamic team we encourage you to apply.\nJob Summary\nReceives, stores, and distributes materials used by facility, heavy usage of the OHCMS & Oracle systems required.\nHours/Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm.\nSalary:\nAnticipated Pay Range: $40K-55K per year. *Pay rates within this range are determined based on various factors including experience, education, certifications, etc.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to:\nWorks independently and the expected results of this job are that items/materials requested by departments get delivered as soon as possible and the re-ordering of needed materials in the proper lead-time, so the plant does not run out.\n\nFollow Howmet’s Safety Regulations and Work Rules Handbook along with all departmental specific safety requirements.\nCreates Receivers from incoming packing slips (raw materials including alloy).\nAssist in loading and unloading trucks.\nGenerates receiving paperwork.\nMaintains quality control on raw materials.\nAssures that inventory is accurate.\nCommunicates with departments on shipping requests.\nOperates standard office equipment.\nMust comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines; this includes, but is not limited to, regular attendance and occasional/needed overtime.\nOther duties can be assigned when needed.\n Basic Qualifications:\nA minimum of High School diploma or GED.\nA minimum of 12 months’ related experience and/or training. \nProficient knowledge of and daily use of Microsoft Office.\nUse of the OHCMS & Oracle systems preferred.\nForklift license required.\nDefensive Driving course is required to drive company vehicles.\nRead and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals. \nCreate reports and correspondence when needed.\nAble to work with both internal & external customers.\nAdd, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
