Our products are used nose to tail on commercial and military aircraft, as well as on jet engines, industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, wind turbines, solar power systems, and construction and industrial equipment.\n3rd Shift hours: Sunday - Thursday from 10:00PM to 6:00AM\nPerformance Objectives:\nSet up and operate progressive cold heading machines (Nakashimada, SACMA) based on part specifications. \nLoad raw material (wire coils) and monitor machines during the production process.\nStudy sample parts, blueprints, drawings & engineering information to determine methods, sequence of operations in order to fabricate product. \nMeasure, examine & test completed units to detect defects. \nFabricate replacement and new parts for facility machinery. \nFabricate, erect, install, and maintain facility machinery. \nPerform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery. \nTroubleshoot and repair facility machinery. \nProduce, rework and repair various machine tooling within the drawing and specification requirements. \nMaintain, clean and secure work area and tools. \nSecure equipment when not in use. \nPerform other duties as assigned.\nAdhere to Howmet EH&S, Quality, Continuous Improvements and other Company Policies.\n High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution\n\nStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of tooling setups.\n\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
