Remove excess patch using brush or sandpaper\nCommunicate with pre fire operators any current quality issues\nCore fill slots with liquid wax per product criteria and other core prep work as called out on the product criteria such as adding standoffs\nCorrectly locate core on fixture (if applicable) - Assembly Area\nCorrectly wand lot travelers and scrap after each tray\nUtilize Pace System (E-Aussie)\nWork with Leadership on Problem Solving\nUnderstand use of the HCS ‘Help Chain” \nMaintain clean work area\nObserve safety policies and regulations\nMaintain high attendance record \nPerform other duties as directed by Area Leadership\n* Qualifications for Internal Candidates \n EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (GED)\nAbility to read and comprehend written instructions in the English language\n\nEXPERIENCE: Consistent and stable work history \nManufacturing / Factory experience preferred but not required\nQuality Assurance experience preferred but not required\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USED: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds consistently\n\nSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment\nBasic computer skills are required\nHigh degree of manual dexterity\n\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
