Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, etc) from an accredited institution. \nActive student status required; must provide proof of enrollment.\nKnowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nAbility to work in a self-directed or team environment.\nStrong organizational skills.\nRelevant internship/work/research experience a plus.\nSalary Range:\nThe base pay range for this position in California is $25 - $28/hour.
