Primary responsibilities will include:\nTroubleshoot and problem solve forming issues at the press\nManage die/gauge storage area\nAids in implementing continuous improvements and is a valuable link in the cell help chain.\nCheck overall quality of core jobs\nEnter data into computer if applicable\nGood understanding of PLC controlled presses\nGood understanding of forming ceramics\nAssists production planning in press/die compatibility\nReview dies to verify conformity/functionality pior to setup\nNotify supervisor or injection specialist of any die problems that may affect schedule\nTroubleshoot forming issues\nAssist in training and development of new set up techs and press operators\nReview and update coating inspection records\n BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.\nMinimum of two years work experience; or six months continuous manufacturing experience. \nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
