(Per employee handbook);\nReport all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner;\nAttend all EH&S training.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES\nEssential Job Functions\nSet, operate, and monitor preheat torches to insure proper operation;\nMaintain inventory of tapping blocks, furnaces, furnace and tundish materials;\nAssemble tapping blocks with prescribed filter configuration in accordance with the melt schedule;\nWork with the Melt Team and Production Planning to coordinate inventories and bricking requirements;\nMay be required to assist the Melt Team on furnace changes and or spout changes;\nKnock out old refractory, and install new refractory in Vacuum coils;\nKnock out old refractory, and install new refractory in AOD vessels;\nRequired to keep work area in a clean orderly condition.\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS\nThis position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
