Fields and promptly responds to inquiries from customers regarding status of key projects, open orders, and any unresolved issues\nExercises direct responsibility for the tracking of open items, for quotation of changes to project work scope, for securing purchase order coverage, and for resolution of contractual issues delaying input or shipment of customer requirements\nProcesses orders for assigned account portfolio. This includes order entry/maintenance, order review, acknowledgment to the customer, and resolution of items delaying either release to manufacturing or shipments\nAdjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation\nDraws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders\nAnalyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements\nPlans and schedules work flow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times\nPlans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers\nConfers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects\nExpedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions\nPrepares production reports and lists of required materials, tools, and equipment\nPrepares purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment\nPerforms a reconciliation of shipments on a daily basis\nProduces the final forecasts for the Business Center on a monthly basis\n Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
