Today we have 450+ people, $5bn under management, new offices and licences across the UK, Asia and Dubai.\nThat growth runs through our recruitment team. This year alone the team has made over 100 hires, from junior support roles to the C-suite, across every function and multiple countries. We're now adding one more recruiter to the team in Dubai.\nThis isn't a role where you'll process CVs for someone else. You'll own your hires end to end, build your own name in the market, and grow into recruiting the financial advisers who drive the business.\nWhat you'll be doing\n- Running the full recruitment cycle for our support functions: Paraplanners, Compliance, Tech Support, Administration and Marketing. From the job advert to the candidate's first day, it's yours.\n- Sourcing directly. Headhunting on LinkedIn, building talent pools and getting in front of the people who aren't applying anywhere.\n- Building your personal brand on LinkedIn, so the right people come to you.\n- Working directly with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand what they need and delivering it fast.\n- Tracking your pipeline and metrics in the CRM, and turning the data into decisions.\n- Improving how we hire. If something's slow or broken, you'll have responsibility to fix it.\nWhere it leads\nYou'll start on support hiring. As you progress, you'll move into building a global network of financial advisers, one of the highest-impact recruitment in the business, supporting our expansion into new markets. How quickly you get there is up to you.\nWhat you need\n- Strong work ethic. This is a fast-paced, results-driven team and we measure output.\n- Strong data hygiene and organisation skills. You're comfortable building trackers, analysing data and reporting on it.\n- A LinkedIn presence you've built yourself, or the drive to build one quickly. Send us your profile; we'll look at it.\n- Recruitment or client facing experience, in-house or agency.
