We are currently hiring a Customer Service Rep in our Ramsey, MN location!
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5:30pm

What you’ll do:
- Answer incoming inquiry calls and in rare occasions, in person, from Customers in a professional manner
- Fill out Rx order forms and quote prices
- Adjust complaints concerning billing and services rendered
- Refer complaints of service failures to designated department managers for investigation
- Locate an order’s current or past position in the facility by looking in computer system
- Tag trays when necessary
- Pull original invoices for redo’s, enter redo orders over phone, issue credits for redo’s
- Give estimated finish times, monitor own “promise jobs” and notify customers of delays
- Archive prior work for restarts per doctors instructions
- Cross-train to help where needed and as directed by the Supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of telephone customer service experience is a plus
- Optical experience recommended
- Must work out of the Ramsey office (not remote)
