contribute to a mission focused on helping people see better and live better.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nStrategic Sourcing & Procurement\nDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for materials, equipment, services, and indirect spend categories.\n\nLead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.\n\nIdentify and lead high-impact cost savings, supplier optimization, and value creation initiatives that directly influence business performance.\n\nIdentify and execute near-term opportunities for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, contract optimization, and supply continuity improvements.\n\nSupplier Management\nBuild strategic supplier relationships that improve service, innovation, quality, and long-term business value.\n\nMonitor, enforce, and continuously improve supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, business reviews, and corrective action plans.\n\nIdentify, qualify, and manage suppliers to ensure competitiveness and continuity of supply.\n\nContract Management\nNegotiate pricing, service levels, payment terms, and commercial agreements.\n\nMaintain contract compliance and renewal schedules.\n\nPartner with Legal, Finance, and business leaders on contract review, risk management, and implementation.\n\nOperational Support\nEnsure uninterrupted supply of critical materials and services supporting operations.\n\nPartner with business leaders to understand current and future requirements.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain, quality, laboratory leadership, and shared services to support business objectives and organizational growth.\n\nSupport capital equipment purchases and strategic business projects.\n\nFinancial & Performance Management\nDeliver annual savings and procurement performance objectives.\n\nTrack and report procurement KPIs, supplier performance, savings, and risk indicators.\n\nSupport initiatives focused on profitability, efficiency, and operational excellence.\n\nProcurement Process & Governance\nDrive procurement process improvements, system enhancements, reporting, and best-practice adoption.\n\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.\n\nGlobal Procurement & Supply Chain Coordination\nPartner with Global Procurement and Supply Chain teams to align local sourcing activities with enterprise strategies.\n\nEnsure globally negotiated supplier agreements, pricing, and procurement policies are implemented across North American operations.\n\nGain exposure to international sourcing strategies, supplier networks, and enterprise-wide procurement initiatives.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Finance, Operations, or related field.\n\n5-10+ years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.\n\nExperience negotiating supplier contracts and managing commercial relationships.\n\nStrong analytical, financial, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience in a global, multi-site, manufacturing, laboratory, or operational environment preferred.\n\nExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.\n\nCPSM, CPM, CSCP, APICS, or similar certification preferred.\n\nLeadership
