Major Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) within defined territory.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with medical supervisor and target HCPs.
Territory Business Planning/Execution and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives.
Increase awareness of the assigned therapeutic area, and help HCP identify treatment gaps in diagnosed patients.
Attend and represent Company at industry conferences/congresses.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Optometry.
Experience:
1+ years’ experience in Eye care/Ophthalmology medical devices relevant work environments.
Understand healthcare institutions and commercial/Medicare /Medicaid managed care landscape
Knowledge and Hard Skills:
Good communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
Keeps up-to-date knowledge and flexibility with solid execution, demonstrated ability to drive results.
The ability to read, write and understand in English.
