The role conducts advanced part inspections to maintain product quality and independently identifies and resolves typical work area problems. The role serves as a technical resource and escalation point for team members, manages projects efficiently, and aligns work with strategic objectives. Responsibilities\nCollaborates in the process of diagnosing and rectifying issues associated with both novel and established protocols, apparatus, products, and more.\nActs as a technical resource and point of escalation for team members, providing technical expertise and guidance.\nPrioritizes and manages various projects and workloads to meet operational goals efficiently.\nDevelops fresh test programs and procedures as required to accommodate emerging technologies.\nManages customer equipment, performing preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, and equipment upgrades.\nPerforms incoming and outgoing advanced part inspections to identify abnormalities, discrepancies, or quality concerns, maintaining product quality.\nAligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implements process improvements to standardize processes globally.\nAdheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment.\nCompletes process-oriented assignments, shares technical information, and supports department-level operational plans.\nIdentifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision.
