Drive Market Strategy Execution\nTranslate global ACS and 4P strategies into actionable plans for North America and Latin America.\nEnsure alignment across category, sales, marketing, partners, and business management.\nTrack execution progress and remove barriers to adoption.\n2. Lead Regional Business Governance\nOwn the NA and LATAM operating cadence, including 4P reviews, execution tracking, and help-needed governance.\nDrive accountability for actions, decisions, and issue resolution across stakeholders.\nProvide concise executive updates on business performance, risks, and opportunities.\n3. Deliver Market and Business Insights\nAnalyze market, customer, product, channel, and competitive performance using internal and external data sources.\nLead quarterly market reviews and Story Behind the Numbers (SBTN) analysis.\nProvide actionable recommendations to markets, GBU teams, and ACS leadership.\n4. Support Growth Opportunities and Deal Execution\nCoordinate support for strategic opportunities, Must Win Deals, and core accounts.\nLead win/loss analysis and identify actions to improve business performance.\nConnect markets with the appropriate ACS, GBU, and cross-functional resources to accelerate growth.\n5. Activate Partner and Market Programs\nDrive execution of strategic initiatives through markets, partners, distributors, resellers, and e-tailers.\nDevelop business cases and activation plans for key growth initiatives.\nCapture market feedback and competitive signals to influence future strategy and investment decisions.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nHas 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field.
