This role will partner with software architects, engineering leaders, product teams, enterprise IT organizations, and external technology partners to ensure AI platform capabilities align with enterprise management requirements and operational controls.\nThe successful candidate must have prior knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies for client and edge devices, combined with deep understanding of enterprise endpoint management, Intune, Windows management technologies, device policies, security controls, and enterprise deployment practices. Executive reporting and presentation experience are essential. The individual must be able to translate complex technical, operational, and policy requirements into actionable execution plans and leadership recommendations.\nResponsibilities\nStrategy, Planning & Execution\nTranslate AI platform strategy and enterprise management requirements into integrated program plans, milestones, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.\nDrive complex AI and systems software initiatives from architecture and planning through development, validation, and deployment.\nCoordinate execution across architecture, engineering, security, IT, product management, and business organizations.\nEstablish program objectives, deliverables, dependencies, readiness criteria, and success metrics.\nManage technical, operational, security, compliance, and partner-related risks and dependencies.\nDrive alignment across multiple organizations toward a common policy, governance, and deployment strategy.\nIT Policies & Controls Leadership\nPartner with enterprise IT organizations to define policy requirements for AI-enabled platforms and services.\nDrive alignment between AI platform capabilities and enterprise device-management, security, compliance, and governance frameworks.\nCoordinate implementation plans for AI-related controls, management policies, deployment policies, and operational guardrails.\nWork closely with Microsoft Intune, Windows management, endpoint security, compliance, and device-management stakeholders.\nEnsure AI platform capabilities can be effectively governed, deployed, configured, monitored, and managed within enterprise environments.\nFacilitate discussions regarding policy enforcement, user controls, administrative controls, security boundaries, and data-protection requirements.\nTrack evolving enterprise AI management requirements and coordinate integration into platform roadmaps.\nCross-Functional & Partner Coordination\nCoordinate activities across software architecture, engineering, IT, security, compliance, support, and partner organizations.\nDrive alignment between platform services, enterprise-management capabilities, operating-system features, and security controls.\nManage dependencies involving ecosystem partners, operating-system vendors, device-management providers, and enterprise software vendors.\nCoordinate architecture reviews, planning sessions, design reviews, and decision forums.\nExecutive Reporting & Governance\nCreate executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, program reviews, risk assessments, and decision-support materials.\nPresent program status, accomplishments, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leaders.\nTranslate technical and policy-related topics into clear business implications and decision points.\nSupport governance reviews and executive forums that drive strategic decisions and cross-functional alignment.\nApply PMO frameworks, governance practices, and reporting standards to improve delivery predictability and execution excellence.\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\nTypically 10+ years of experience in technical program management, platform delivery, enterprise software, IT management, or related disciplines.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex software programs involving multiple engineering teams, products, organizations, and external partners.\nExperience working with enterprise endpoint-management, device-management, security, or compliance programs.\nExperience partnering with architects, engineering leaders, security teams, and enterprise IT organizations.\nExperience working in highly matrixed and globally distributed environments.\nDemonstrated experience presenting program status, risks, recommendations, and decisions to senior executives.\nRequired AI, IT & Technical Knowledge\nWorking knowledge of AI and machine-learning concepts, AI runtimes, AI deployment models, and agentic AI architectures.\nUnderstanding of AI deployment across client, edge, hybrid, and cloud environments.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise endpoint management and device-governance frameworks.\nExperience with Microsoft Intune, device-management policies, configuration management, compliance controls, and endpoint security practices.\nFamiliarity with Windows management technologies, device provisioning, policy deployment, application management, and enterprise lifecycle management.\nUnderstanding of enterprise identity, security, compliance, privacy, and governance concepts.\nFamiliarity with software architecture, platform integration, APIs, telemetry, security controls, and modern software-development practices.\nAbility to engage credibly in technical discussions and convert architecture and policy decisions into execution plans and deliverables.\nProgram Management & Executive Communication Skills\nProven success leading complex technology programs involving software platforms, enterprise services, security requirements, and external dependencies.\nStrong experience in integrated planning, roadmap management, milestone tracking, and governance.\nExpertise managing risks, issues, decisions, assumptions, and cross-organizational dependencies.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining an accurate view of overall program health.\nProven experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, decision materials, and leadership reviews.\nAbility to communicate technical, operational, and policy-related complexity in terms of business impact and customer value.\nStrong facilitation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to influence outcomes and establish alignment without direct authority.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise device-management, endpoint-management, security,
