Operating at the intersection of field service providers, channel partners, supply chain, and commercial teams, we ensure service excellence and contractual commitments across complex and dynamic market environments.\nJoin us and be part of a team that is redefining how technology transforms work.\n\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport the UK & Ireland Customer Support team in identifying repetitive and manual activities that could benefit from AI or automation. \nResearch and test practical uses of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other HP-approved AI tools. \nDevelop simple AI-enabled solutions, prompts, agents and automations under the guidance of experienced team members. \nSupport the automation and simplification of recurring reporting and administrative activities. \nTest AI solutions with team members, collect feedback and improve solutions based on user experience. \nSupport AI demonstrations, knowledge-sharing sessions and adoption activities within the UK & Ireland Country Support team. \nTrack the benefits of implemented solutions, including time saved, reduction in manual effort and improvements in process efficiency. \nSupport compliance with HP requirements for security, privacy, confidentiality and responsible AI. \nShare successful use cases and scalable solutions with the wider EMEA Field & Channel teams.\n\nRequirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or another relevant field. \nStrong interest in AI, Generative AI, automation and digital transformation, with curiosity about how technology can improve business operations. \nSome practical experience with Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar, gained through university, personal projects or previous work experience. \nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, Power Automate or Copilot Studio would be an advantage. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business problems and explore practical technology-enabled solutions. \nProactive, curious and self-motivated learner, comfortable experimenting, testing ideas and learning through iteration. \nStrong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with colleagues from different functions, countries and levels of technical expertise. \nGood communication and presentation skills. \nFluent in English, both spoken and written.\n\nExperience our benefits:\nPaid internship within a global, technology driven company. \nJoin an international work environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking across teams. \nFlexible working schedule, with options for part-time agreements (4 hours/day) or full-time (8 hours/day).
