Drive selected initiatives from requirements and solution design through MVP, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement, collaborating with SMEs, developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value. \nProcess Automation: Identify repetitive manual work and help develop automation solutions that increase efficiency, data accuracy, and scalability. \nTeam Collaboration: Partner with colleagues across functions to understand their needs and turn requirements into practical analytics and digitalization solutions. \nRequirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Engineering, Maths or a similar area. \nSoft Skills: Growth Mindset; Continuous Learning & Adaptability; Analytical & Critical Thinking; Creativity & Problem Solving; Strategic & Systems Thinking; Emotional Intelligence \nTechnical Skills: Highly usage of ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Claude, Perplexity.
