Here, we partner with teams across the globe to maximize our digital interaction and evolve the business model to drive sales, revenue and most importantly, a frictionless customer experience.\nPeripherals AMS Business Manager: In this role, you will report to the Attach Business Management Manager, you will be the pillar for tracking, reporting and optimizing financial execution of the quarter as well as doing key analysis & projection for HP Branded Peripherals business. Key part of the role will be to support the AMS Markets, be their partner in business and help them remove the road blocks to achieve their Goals.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nManages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations\nWorks independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance\nParticipate to the BMS (Business Management System) Processes for HP Branded Peripherals\nParticipate to the definition of the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps\nWorks with cross-functional teams across to maximize HP Branded Peripherals financial performance\nParticipate to the development of business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports\nIdentifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decision\nEducation and Experience Required:\nUniversity or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 2-4 years of professional experience\nExperience in Peripherals business is a plus\nKnowledge and Skills:\nDemonstrated knowledge of research methodology and the ability to manage complex data requests\nExcellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills\nAbility to learn and draw on new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis\nExtensive knowledge of Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modelling\nStrong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility\nVery strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills\nStrong project management skills\nDeveloped relationship management skills\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams\nAbility to identify and summarize relevant trends from market and industry data\nCross-Org Skills:\nEffective Communication\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity\nImpact & Scope\nImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.\nComplexity\nResponds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
