Responsibilities\nSupports complex level transactional processes for specialized job assignments with minimal supervision.\nServes as a primary data resource for exempt-level employees by delivering specialized reports, typically in a consultative manner.\nIdentifies complex level supply chain anomalies and leads the process-oriented tasks to resolve the issues.\nMonitors the execution of process-oriented tasks of lower level contributors.\nProvides troubleshooting and problem-solving support of basic to complex level problems.\nSupports the development and execution of business strategies and programs, aligned with strategic business objectives.\nCollaborates with customer support teams to address operational issues and improve the customer experience.\nUtilizes technology and software tools to improve operational efficiency, such as implementing new software or automation solutions.\nDrives the training of new hires and lower level roles. Education & Experience Recommended\nHigh School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
