This role operates as a senior individual contributor and trusted advisor to executive leadership, leading highly complex strategic problem-solving, strategic framing, and analytical work that directly informs portfolio strategy, investment decisions, and long-range planning.\nThe role is expected to operate with broad autonomy, influence senior and executive stakeholders, and translate ambiguity into clear strategic direction and actionable implications across the Gaming business. This role is well-suited for a seasoned strategy leader with deep analytical rigor, strong business judgment, and a proven ability to drive impact in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.\nResponsibilities\nLead the development of short-, mid-, and long-term Gaming business strategies, including market positioning, growth priorities, and investment trade-offs.\nOwn and drive complex strategic analyses across markets, customers, competitors, and internal performance, with clear implications for executive decision-making.\nDesign, build, and interpret advanced financial, statistical, and analytical models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and portfolio strategy.\nSynthesize large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.\nIndependently prepare and present executive-ready materials for leadership reviews, planning forums, and cross-functional discussions.\nServe as a thought partner to senior leaders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic inflection points.\nMonitor and interpret key industry, technology, and business trends to inform Gaming strategy and long-range planning.\nDrive alignment across cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales) on assumptions, data, and strategic direction.\nLead and structure workstreams for strategic initiatives, defining objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.\nApply structured problem-solving and consulting frameworks to ambiguous, high-impact business questions.\nProvide mentorship, coaching, and quality review of work produced by junior strategy team members (without direct people-management responsibility).\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nTypically 10-15 years of relevant experience in business strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles.\nDemonstrated experience leading end-to-end strategy workstreams and influencing senior stakeholders.\nStrong background in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and executive storytelling.\nConsulting experience or equivalent internal strategy role strongly preferred.\nExperience in technology, consumer electronics, or gaming ecosystems is a strong plus.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English\nPerformance & Personal Competencies\nStrategic Thinking & Judgment\nDemonstrates the ability to frame complex, ambiguous problems, identify key drivers, and evaluate trade-offs to inform sound strategic decisions.\nAnalytical Excellence\nExhibits strong analytical rigor, including comfort with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear insights.\nAdaptability & Learning Agility\nDemonstrates curiosity and continuous learning, including the ability to ramp quickly on new domains or industries.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management\nBuilds strong, trusted relationships across cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations).\nProfessionalism & Integrity\nDemonstrates sound business ethics, discretion with sensitive information, and a strong sense of professionalism in all interactions.\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
